Il Data Base Topografico ai sensi della <\/SPAN>Legge regionale 11 marzo 2005, n. 12<\/SPAN><\/A>Per disporre degli elementi conoscitivi necessari alle scelte di pianificazione e gestione del territorio, Regione Lombardia ha scelto di realizzare una base geografica di riferimento condivisa tra regione ed enti locali.<\/SPAN>Le basi cartografiche sono state prodotte utilizzando specifiche tecniche omogenee, definite a livello regionale, in conformità a quelle definite dall'Intesa Stato, regioni, enti locali sul sistema cartografico di riferimento (IntesaGIS), in materia di basi geografiche di interesse generale e dal Comitato tecnico nazionale per il coordinamento informatico dei dati territoriali. Questi prodotti costituiscono lo strumento fondamentale per organizzare e gestire i dati territoriali all'interno dei sistemi informativi degli enti locali. Una base cartografica così organizzata risulta, infatti, fondamentale per le attività di pianificazione urbanistica ed infrastrutturale, per la conoscenza dell'assetto territoriale, la gestione del patrimonio immobiliare, la gestione della fiscalità, la valorizzazione e il censimento dei beni culturali e ambientali, nonchè l'efficiente gestione dei servizi alle persone.<\/SPAN><\/P>

Il Data Base Topografico ai sensi della <\/SPAN>Legge regionale 11 marzo 2005, n. 12 <\/SPAN><\/A>ha le seguenti finalità:<\/SPAN>f<\/SPAN>avorire la produzione di un'aggiornata cartografia tecnica digitale, nel formato di Data Base Topografico, da parte degli enti locali, da utilizzare come base geografica di riferimento all'interno dei sistemi informativi territoriali;<\/SPAN>promuovere la realizzazione diffusa di cartografia tecnica in formato digitale, tecnologicamente aggiornata, utilizzabile dai diversi soggetti che partecipano al SIT integrato in un contesto di ottimizzazione delle risorse;<\/SPAN>creare le condizioni per un progressivo aggiornamento della Carta Tecnica Regionale alla scala 1:10.000, prodotta ai sensi della Legge Regionale 4 giugno 1979, n. 29, che costituisce
